Who We Are

Service Updates

We have temporarily PAUSED the issuance of DPD return labels.

Guided by Environment Agency, we are currently updating our operations to develop a more efficient, compliant, and sustainable service. This includes renegotiating agreements with our logistics partners and suppliers to create a more streamlined process that better serves both the environment and our supporters.

As a Charity Organisation operating on a limited budget, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, and will provide updates as soon as we resume our return label service – hopefully very soon.

Thank you, as always, for your patience and support : )

Establishing an Effective Recycling Network

We are dedicated to developing a straightforward and efficient recycling infrastructure specifically for disposable electronic waste, aiming to shift consumer behaviours and create tangible solutions to environmental challenges.

Focusing on Research and Technology in E-Waste Recycling

Our commitment extends to monitor and engage with the latest advancements in recycling technology, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of transformative solutions and contribute valuable insights and findings to the realm of e-waste management.

Educating and Advocating for Environmental Awareness

Through engaging diverse audiences, from policymakers to the general public, we hope to illuminate the complexities and challenges of e-waste management. By sharing insights and fostering dialogues, we aim to highlight the need for collective action in environmental conservation.

Forging Community and Business Partnerships

We believe in the power of collaboration. By connecting businesses, individuals, and local communities, we strive to raise awareness regarding the critical importance of recycling electronic waste properly, fostering an educated approach to environmental stewardship.
